Time To Transform

Hello! I am finally starting a weight-loss blog to track my progress, be inspired and hopefully inspire others! I'll be sharing my diet, the exercises I do. CW: 80KG/176lbs Height: 165cm/5'5" Clothes Size: AU 14 / US 18 Goal Size: AU 10 / US 6 GW: 60-65KG / 130-140lbs

Nobody knows me on here anyway so here goes…. I’ve lost practically 2 stone (28lbs) in the last year, and hadn’t really felt like my body had changed - I’m glad I took pictures so I can see that actually my body has changed quite a bit in that time. I still have a way to go before I’m completely satisfied, but at least I’m getting there ☺️
